Ladders seeks a Professional Services Manager to guide multi-institution software initiatives from scope to delivery, ensuring clear milestones, disciplined execution, and proactive risk management in a remote US setting.

You will translate project status for both technical and non-technical audiences and lead facilitation and updates to keep programs aligned amid shifting priorities.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, engineering, or related field preferred.
7+ years of progressive IT experience.
PMP certification required; Agile/Scrum experience preferred.

Aufgaben

Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress across workstreams and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institution staff and build productive relationships.
Facilitate team meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and progress tracking.
Navigate inter-institutional dynamics with discretion to maintain project alignment.
Prepare and deliver project updates tailored to diverse audiences.
