Zusammenfassung

Provenir Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-complexity software implementations for tier-one banks and major financial institutions.

You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple programs and mentor Project Managers and Consultants across our Global Applied Intelligence team. You’ll shape how we deliver by scoping new phases, refining our delivery methodology, and ensuring successful engagement outcomes while maintaining documentation, risk, and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in Project Management delivering large-scale software implementations for tier-one banks or financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 certification required.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus for cross-team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead flagship engagements for senior client programs across multiple workstreams.
• Own delivery scope, staffing, budget, and milestones through the project lifecycle.
• Escalate to executives, manage expectations, and maintain durable stakeholder relationships.
• Orchestrate global teams across internal, client, and third-party resources.
• Document key decisions, actions, issues, and risks.
• Shape the solution by detailing requirements with architects and consultants.
• Drive quality by leading user acceptance testing.
• Manage project risk including regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Communicate status to stakeholders at all levels and resolve questions.
• Grow the team by mentoring Project Managers and Consultants.
• Grow the business by identifying opportunities with clients and renewals.
• Own the creation and lifecycle of Statements of Work in partnership with Sales and Legal.
