Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Sr. Manager to provide overall leadership for federal contact center programs. You will oversee administrative, managerial, supervisory, operational, and programmatic aspects to meet KPIs, schedules, and budgets while engaging Government stakeholders.

The role leads high-value initiatives, guides cross-functional teams, and proactively manages risks. This is a fully remote position contingent on contract award, with background checks required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
• Experience managing Federal Government contracts or programs.
• Experience leading large omnichannel contact center operations including phone, email, and chat.
• Strong client/stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-value, high-risk contact center projects.
• Develop methodologies, techniques, and criteria for projects.
• Facilitate issue tracking and resolution across projects.
• Provide leadership to project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage hiring, promotion, and rewards within the area with approvals.
• Oversee the primary management focal point for assigned call orders and program issues.
• Drive planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of omnichannel contact centers.
• Ensure contractual requirements, KPIs, service levels, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, training, security, and reporting.
