Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Manager to lead federal contact center programs, ensuring contract requirements, KPIs, schedules, staffing and budgets are achieved while maintaining strong government relationships.

The role is fully remote, contingent on contract award, and requires the ability to pass a federal background check. Equipment will be provided; home office must meet specified requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a security clearance.
• Experience managing complex federal programs, projects, budgets, staffing, and resources.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs, budgets, staffing, and program deliverables.
• Strong client/stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with transition management, workforce readiness, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects with high value and risk across federal contact center programs.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to meet specifications, timelines and budget.
• Develop and maintain program management plans, governance, escalation, risk management and dependencies.
• Establish relationships with Government customers, contracting officers, and stakeholders.
