Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Technology Program Management experience.
• Experience with Scrum and Agile; PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe is a plus.
• Direct people management experience.
• Experience with remote work setup.
• Strong SDLC understanding.
• Onsite day-one onboarding with personal laptop.
• Experience supervising teams of 10-15+.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Technical Program Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Facilitate portfolio-level ceremonies and align priorities.
• Manage dependencies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain Azure DevOps boards and drive metrics.
• Capture monthly metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Guide release planning and advocate for automation.
• Manage resources, capacity, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate stakeholder roadmap tracking and release updates.
• Partner with leadership to standardize processes across lines.
• Create reports and maintain repositories in SharePoint.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
