Synergy is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead and oversee complex IT information systems engineering and systems integration projects, serving as the primary liaison between government leadership and contractor teams.

The role guides technical direction across all phases of the SELC. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, deep cloud and systems engineering authority, and a proven track record of controlling cost, schedule, and performance while driving continuous process improvement and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience providing technical direction and project management.
• Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in change management and process improvements; hands‑on experience with cloud management and SELC awareness.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Task Management: organize, schedule, and assign responsibilities to staff; oversee day‑to‑day IT project tasks.
• Government & Stakeholder Liaison: act as the interface between Government management and contractor leadership; deliver status reports.
• Technical & Governance Authority: provide overarching technical direction for system development, integration, and cloud management initiatives; serve as SME for design and issue resolution.
• Planning & Execution: ensure development, implementation, and maintenance of PM and Technical Specifications Plans.
• Cost & Schedule Control: monitor metrics to ensure deliverables meet quality and stay within cost/timeline baselines.
• Risk & Problem Mitigation: anticipate systems integration challenges and implement modern tech solutions.
