Job summary

Lockstep Technology Group is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects for SLED and healthcare clients.

You will own delivery, stakeholder coordination, and customer outcomes across networking, cloud, security, collaboration, and data center initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with lasting client value. The role requires managing multiple initiatives, developing plans and budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships while coordinating teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple complex technical projects concurrently.
• Working knowledge of networking, cloud, cybersecurity, collaboration, or data center solutions.
• Ability to analyze project performance, financials, forecasting, resource planning, and reporting across multiple engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and maintain trusted customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource coordination.
• Own customer communication, including project updates, risk discussions, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, equipment logistics, installations, and customer cutovers.
• Manage project scope, documentation, change control, risks, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and overall project health to support successful and profitable delivery.
