Ethos is seeking a senior program manager to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This is fully remote, with 5–20 hours per week, at $70/hour, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Coordinate across steering committee decks, program status reports, risk exhibits, and milestone reviews.
• Ensure high-quality, polished deliverables with clear executive summaries.
