Ethos is seeking experienced programme managers to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will lead cross-functional programs, ensuring high-quality AI-generated decks for steering committees, program status reports, and executive reviews.

This remote, part-time role offers flexible hours and ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program management, ownership of executive reporting cadences, and expert PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced programme managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for programme managers with 5+ years running cross-functional programs and their reporting cadence to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one-pagers, and portfolio review materials.

Compensation: $70/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
