Job summary

Ethos is recruiting senior research analysts to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across earnings previews, initiation exhibits, and investor decks, drawing on 3+ years equity research experience.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 per week) and compensation at $100/hour, starting ASAP. You’ll work with leading buy-side and independent firms through Ethos’ expert network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (initiation reports, earnings slides, industry primers, thesis pages, and investor decks).
• Communicate investment theses clearly through slides and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with researchers and clients to ensure high-quality deliverables.
