Ethos is hiring an associate consultant to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slides for core workflows. This role offers fully remote work with flexible commitment (5-20 hours/week) and compensation at $100/hour, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an associate consultant at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity, impact, and polished execution of presentations.
