Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced engagement manager from a top strategy firm to help train our latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This is a fully remote role with a flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP, at a rate of $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy firm with team leadership at Project Manager level.
• Deep expertise in structuring and quality-controlling full client deliverables.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Oversee deck architecture, storyline reviews, executive-level synthesis, steering committee presentations.
• Quality control of team-produced slides and partner-ready deliverables.
