The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, coordinating schedules, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring timely installation and acceptance. This position is remote with 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program analysis or project coordination.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• Experience with technical projects including field installations or deployments.
• Familiar with IT, engineering, telecom, or deployment workflows.
• Experience coordinating vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support technical project managers with project coordination and execution.
• Coordinate installation schedules and vendor activities.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Prepare regular status reports for leadership.
• Validate installation completion and handoff readiness.
