Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting federal projects or programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint Online, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project management and operational activities across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track actions.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reporting artifacts.
• Monitor risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; ensure documentation and communication.
• Develop SOPs, process docs, and maintain knowledge management resources.
• Support preparation and quality review of contract deliverables.
