Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Program Analyst III / Technical Project Coordinator to support Technical Project Managers and serve as the critical link between field technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This role oversees administrative and operational coordination to deliver, install, train, and transition new systems into operational use.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program coordination or technical project coordination.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience supporting field installations or system deployments.
• Strong background in project coordination and administrative support.
• Experience tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Familiarity with IT, engineering, telecom, or system deployment workflows.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and technical teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Project Managers with project coordination and operational execution.
• Act as liaison between field technical teams, vendors and contractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and track system installation schedules.
• Schedule and support new system user training activities.
• Document project phases, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track customer deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and vendor installation schedules.
• Oversee vendor activities to align with deployment timelines.
• Validate installation completion, system cutover, and contractor acceptance inspections.
• Track readiness for operational handoff and disposition of legacy equipment.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and task tracking; support budget tracking and risk/issue management.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
