Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Program Analyst III / Technical Project Coordinator to support Technical Project Managers and serve as the critical link between field technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This role oversees the administrative and operational coordination required to deliver, install, train, and transition new systems into operational use.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience, may have lead experience.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience supporting technical projects involving field installations or system deployments.
• Strong background in project coordination and administrative support.
• Experience tracking technical milestones and deliverables.
• Familiarity with IT, engineering, telecom, or system deployment workflows.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and technical teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Project Managers with project coordination and operational execution.
• Act as the liaison between: Field technical teams, Vendors and contractors, Program stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate and track system installation schedules.
• Schedule and support new system user training activities.
• Document project phases, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track customer deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and vendor installation schedules.
• Oversee vendor and contractor activities to ensure alignment with deployment timelines.
• Validate installation completion, system cutover, and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (CAI).
• Track readiness for operational handoff.
