Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced coursework preferred.
• 5 years of product management and product development experience.
• 2–3 years of digital product development experience.
• Customer-centered judgment grounded in instructor and student evidence.
• Knowledge of learning science, instructional design, assessment quality, accessibility, and universal design.

Responsibilities

• Lead development strategy for high-impact, multi-component products, establishing clear outcomes, quality criteria, review approaches, and evidence-based release plans.
• Synthesize customer research, learning and usage analytics, competitive evidence, correction patterns, and business context to defend product decisions.
• Ensure coherence across narrative content, assessments, adaptive experiences, instructor resources, media, accessibility, metadata, and digital implementation.
• Lead authors, subject-matter experts, reviewers, suppliers, and cross-functional partners through tradeoffs and scope changes.
• Define fit-for-purpose human-review controls for AI-assisted content and workflows; approve outputs and escalate risks.
• Mentor Product Developers and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and learning quality.
