Job summary

Edmentum is seeking a Senior Manager, Production & Release Management to lead the team that delivers Courses and Career products. You will decide sequencing, quality bars, and leverage AI to reduce manual effort while partnering with Product and Program Management to meet delivery dates.

You will manage and grow the Production and Release Management team, coordinate with content teams, and own catalog integrity from release to decommissioning. AI-driven improvements are a key focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 8+ years in education, curriculum development, or content production.
• 5+ years of operational leadership, including direct people management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead building, testing, publishing, and release of Courses & Career products, turning roadmaps into milestones.
• Coach and grow the Production and Release Management team across concurrent releases.
• Partner with Product, Program, and content teams to align scope and delivery dates.
• Own catalog integrity end-to-end, including release, retirement, and decommissioning.
• Introduce AI and automation into production workflows to improve throughput and quality.
• Manage vendors and contractors, setting clear scope and quality expectations.
