CU System Administration is seeking a Sr Production Support Professional to oversee batch processing, troubleshoot complex issues, and automate tasks. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Production Services and requires on-call availability as essential services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years in a service desk or similar customer service environment.
• 5 years in production services (preferred).
• Experience with batch processing and UNIX/Linux administration.

Aufgaben

• Support production batch processing and resolve daily issues.
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripting to meet requirements.
• Maintain high availability and stability of production environments.
• Troubleshoot tier-2 production issues and provide expert support.
• Develop thorough documentation for systems and processes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and shift work as necessary.
