Job summary

Virtix Health LLC is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with development for chart retrieval and coding applications. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery in a HIPAA-compliant, remote setting.

You will own the requirements lifecycle, write BRDs and user stories, and support QA with unit and integration testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technology solutions.
Experience facilitating stakeholder discovery sessions and eliciting both stated and underlying business requirements.
Proven ability to create and maintain BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/workflow diagrams.
Ability to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
Strong documentation skills with experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Experience creating wireframes, mockups using tools like Figma/Visio/PowerPoint.
Experience documenting data integrations, data flows, and field-level mapping.

Responsibilities

Own, develop, and maintain the technical roadmap across leadership and tech teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal technology partners.
Translate business requirements into technical instructions for the tech team.
Create and maintain system and user documentation.
Communicate status of enhancements and defects with stakeholders.
Oversee deployments (Sprints) with the Technology team.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests for changes.
Create clear regression test scripts and lead testing processes.
Demonstrate products and services to customers and end users.
Assist in setting up and maintaining new application users.
Engage with a video-first culture and collaborate via Teams.
