Responsibilities

• Analyzes programming changes and tests accuracy of changes.
• Tests changes due to bug fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Analyzes data files and identifies issues.
• Writes requirements for minor software changes and coordinates with vendors/clients.
• Designs and evaluates reports, queries, data, and procedures for periodic processes.
• Assists in development, planning and implementation for new clients.
• Provides technical support, training, and problem resolution to end users.
• Documents system and client support processes.
