Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in business or technology representation in product/project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, meeting facilitation, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas and deliver high-quality work.
• Problem solver who can find viable solutions that meet business needs, independent of tools.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with the development team and the scrum master.
• Partner with the Product Manager to define and prioritize backlog based on the roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-user needs and shape requirements.
• Translate business priorities into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proactive risk management to protect delivery success.
• Confirm product quality meets customer needs against acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrate value of functionality during sprints and PI planning.
• Support multiple Agile Delivery Teams.
• Foster collaboration between business and IT to maximize customer value.
