Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in technology implementations/product management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and deliver high quality work.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Experience representing business or technology in product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interact with development team and scrum master daily.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to define and prioritize backlog based on vision and roadmap.
• Understand end-user needs and shape requirements.
• Translate business priorities into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Verify product quality against acceptance criteria.
• Communicate the value of features and sprint outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support multiple agile delivery teams.
• Foster strong collaboration between business and IT for high customer value.
