Humana is seeking a Manager, Product Ownership to drive the vision and roadmap for agile delivery. You will define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and guide a team of Product Owners toward delivering business value and patient care improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication across stakeholders, technology, and operations to ensure work is well-ordered, in scope, and within budget and schedule. Remote optional with occasional travel.

Competenze

• Must have strong product ownership experience in an Agile environment.
• Minimum 5 years in product ownership, product management, or related role.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience and coaching others in Agile practices.
• Experience in healthcare or enterprise environments preferred.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple teams with competing demands.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to eight Product Owners, including goal setting and performance management.
• Establish backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and value-based decision making.
• Act as escalation point for prioritization, scope, and tactical decisions within the team.
• Participate in Agile and SAFe events such as PI Planning to ensure effective Product Owners.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and delivery effectiveness.
