Job summary

RethinkFirst is hiring a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business.

You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, GTM, or related experience in B2B SaaS or complex solutions.
• Experience turning market insights into adoption and growth.
• Hands-on pricing, segmentation, competitive intel, and launches.

Responsibilities

• Direct product marketing for designated lines of business from market assessment to launch and growth.
• Define market and commercial strategy and align with cross‑functional partners.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Equip Sales/CS with narratives, tools, and training to win and expand customers.
