Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Virtual Care in Los Angeles. You will lead product development across the member experience and clinician workflows, from intake through follow-up, in close collaboration with engineering, design, and data science.

You will report to a Director of Product Management and operate in a hybrid office schedule with about three in-office days per week, driving measurable improvements in affordability, outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management or adjacent roles with cross-functional teams.
• 4+ years of experience driving prioritization processes.
• 4+ years of experience with tech systems, backend services, databases, and SQL.
• 2+ years of leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.
• 2+ years of root-causing ambiguous problems and delivering roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Care, prioritizing investments by impact on affordability, outcomes, and experience.
• Lead discovery with members, clinicians, and operations; use research and data to justify investments.
• Improve member journey from discovery to visit and follow-up, reducing friction in intake and scheduling.
• Build tools for clinicians to deliver high-quality care and explore AI to reduce admin work.
• Define success metrics and measure clinical, financial, and operational impact.
