Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Switchboards for a remote role. Lead the product development process across teams to drive growth and profitability, gathering VOC and building a compelling roadmap for switchboards and related data center products.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product engineering or product management of physical technical products, with strong cross-functional leadership and deep knowledge of electrical distribution and switchboards.

Qualificações

• BS in engineering/tech/business/marketing.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• 10+ years in product engineering, engineering, or product management of physical tech.
• Technical understanding of electrical distribution, switchboards or data centers.
• UL 891 Low Voltage Switchboards experience required.
• Proven cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PDP from concept to launch with cross-functional alignment.
• Create and manage PRDs to communicate features to engineering.
• Own and execute product category strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct VOC, market research and competitive analysis.
• Define goals, business cases, and portfolio priorities.
• Manage full lifecycle including ideation, launch, cost optimization and end-of-life.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing for positioning and launches.
• Support sales with training, value propositions, demos and engagements.
• Analyze performance, margins, VOC, and sales data for roadmap decisions.
• Monitor profitability; collaborate with engineering, ops, supply chain.
• Support pricing strategies and revenue growth.
