Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Switchboards to guide product strategy and lifecycle for a technical category serving commercial and infrastructure markets. You will partner with engineering, product marketing, sales, and operations to translate market insight into clear requirements, launch plans, and profitable growth.

The role requires deep technical fluency, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering, or product management.
• Technical knowledge of electrical distribution, switchboards, and/or data center markets.
• Experience with UL 891 Low Voltage Switchboards.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the product development process from concept through launch.
• Oversee creation and management of PRDs.
• Own and execute product category strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct VOC, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Define product goals, business cases, and priorities for product lines.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
• Collaborate with product marketing on positioning and launch plans.
• Support sales with training and customer engagements.
• Analyze product performance and adjust roadmap priorities.
• Monitor product line profitability and collaborate on margin improvement.
• Support pricing strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report KPIs for the product category.
