Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Switchboards for a remote role with up to 20% travel. You will drive product strategy, roadmap, and PDP execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to grow margins and market share.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product engineering or PM of physical technical products, with expertise in electrical distribution and UL 891 switchboards, and strong cross-functional leadership. MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, business or marketing.
10+ years in product engineering, PM, or managing physical technical products.
Understanding of electrical distribution, switchboards, and data center markets.
UL 891 Low Voltage Switchboards knowledge required.
Willing to lead cross-functional teams and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead PDP from concept to launch with clear requirements and on-time delivery.
Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for engineering and stakeholders.
Own category strategy and roadmap within FTI’s framework.
Perform VOC, market research, and competitive analysis to drive product innovation.
Define goals, business cases, and priorities for product lines; manage lifecycle.
