Regal Rexnord Corp’s Thomson Power Systems seeks a remote Senior Manager for the Switchgear Product Line to lead a cross‑functional team of quotation and R&D engineers, shaping product strategy, pricing and portfolio management.

The role includes up to 25% travel to Langley, BC and Arlington, TX, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Operations to expand market share, drive NPD/NPI and ensure long‑term product lifecycle success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
5+ years in power distribution including switchgear.
7+ years in product management, application engineering, or related roles.
SME in switchgear products and applications.
Knowledge of UL/CSA/IEEE switchgear standards and NEC/CEC.
Experience with NPD/NPI processes and cross-functional leadership.
P.Eng. is a strong asset; ability to travel 25% internationally.

Responsibilities

Own margin expansion and cost management for the switchgear line.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute product growth per AOP.
Develop a market-differentiated product roadmap focused on innovation.
Ensure lifecycle management and aftermarket strategy.
Co-develop go-to-market strategies with marketing to expand market share.
Collaborate with Sales on plans, segmentation, and financial analyses.
Direct NPD/NPI activities with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, and Sales.
Define and track key performance metrics for leadership review.
Foster high-performance culture aligned with Regal Rexnord values.
