Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments Gateway based in the United States. You will define the roadmap for a scalable, multi-tenant gateway that connects payment processors, banks, and networks, while driving performance and cost improvements.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, risk, compliance, and go-to-market, translating complex payment requirements into actionable plans, exploring AI-enabled workflows, and ensuring PCI

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in payments or fintech product management.
Experience owning a payment gateway or PSP platform end to end.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end transaction lifecycle, including authorization and settlement.
Experience with global payments across North America and international markets.
Knowledge of PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA, and card network rules.

Responsabilités

Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for payment gateways.
Improve gateway performance including authorization rates and uptime.
Develop APIs, SDKs, hosted payment pages, and webhooks.
Lead integrations with processors, acquirers, and networks.
Translate network specs into clear product requirements while ensuring PCI compliance.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, and payment ops to ensure secure processing.
