Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Cards in the United States to design and scale card infrastructure that powers spending for businesses. You will own full-stack features, from customer-facing experiences to backend settlement and money movement, while guiding others and setting engineering standards.

You will mentor teammates and collaborate with product, design, risk, and operations to deliver reliable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with card payments or fintech is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and raise technical standards.
• Experience delivering production-grade, reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to launch across frontend and backend.
• Deeply understand card payment processes: authorization, settlement, and dispute management.
• Build features for card experiences and backend money movement systems.
• Improve reliability, observability, and incident prevention across critical systems.
• Contribute to architecture and evolution of card issuance, lifecycle management, and reporting.
