Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments Gateway to lead strategy and roadmap for a global payments platform. You will optimize transaction performance, expand platform capabilities, and enable secure money movement at scale.

Collaborating with engineering, risk, compliance, and commercial teams, you will shape APIs, hosted payment experiences, and integrations, while evaluating processors and applying AI to boost platform intelligence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in payments or fintech product management.
• 3+ years owning a payment gateway or similar platform.
• Global payments expertise with multi-currency processing and regulations.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing architecture trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with AI in payment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the gateway strategy and roadmap balancing short- and long-term investments.
• Drive payment performance by optimizing KPIs such as success rates and processing costs.
• Define APIs, SDKs, and hosted payment pages for rapid deployment of new experiences.
• Lead evaluation and integration of processors and acquirers with compliance.
• Manage the transaction lifecycle with risk and compliance collaboration.
• Lead engineering teams to implement requirements and measure success.
• Apply AI to enhance platform value through optimization and anomaly detection.
