Jobgether is seeking an experienced Payments Product Manager to shape the payments roadmap, collaborate with leadership, and drive end-to-end delivery across engineering, data, and commercial teams.

The role emphasizes ownership of backlog, prioritization, and clear specifications, with a focus on improving authorization, routing, and payment performance while supporting international launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with payments/fintech exposure.
• Understanding of modern payments ecosystems and routes.
• Experience shipping features with engineering teams from concept to launch.
• Ability to write clear, actionable specs and define measurable outcomes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape the payments roadmap with leadership to define priorities and improve product strategy.
• Own planning and backlog for the mission-aligned team; ensure day-to-day execution aligns with strategy.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements addressing dependencies and scenarios.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, data, product, and commercial teams; remove blockers and manage scope.
• Design and evaluate routing and retry experiments to optimize payment success and cost.
• Monitor payment performance metrics and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Support international market expansion with requirements for new regions and methods.
• Coordinate with fraud and disputes teams on payment routing, auth rates, and related processes.
• Contribute to monthly payments reporting and upcoming priorities for Finance.
• Track regulatory changes (SCA, card rules) and assess roadmap impact.
