Pearson is seeking a senior product manager/strategist to standardize how content is planned, built, and measured across the organization. You will sit alongside content business units, model taxonomies, and redesign production workflows to improve quality and speed.

You will guide senior content PMs, drive training, and help scale AI-enabled content practices, balancing governance with hands-on execution. This remote US role blends strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in product management in content/publishing/content platform domains.
• Hands-on ownership of content standards: taxonomy, metadata, quality frameworks, structured content, measurement.

Responsibilities

• Embed the standards spine inside real business unit work with global quality data standards.
• Redesign and shorten production workflows, removing handoffs and rework.
• Partner with Pearson content leaders across strategy, planning, craft, and implementation.
