Job summary

Pearson is seeking a senior product manager to standardize how content is planned, built, and measured across business units. You will partner with content leaders to design taxonomy, metadata, and production workflows, mentor content PMs, and apply AI in practical ways to improve quality and impact.

You will work hands-on at Pearson’s hardest edges, aligning teams to create measurable outcomes, while coaching senior colleagues and shaping the content job family and career architecture.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of product management experience in content, publishing, or content platform domains with technical depth.
• Hands-on ownership of content standards work: taxonomy and metadata design, quality frameworks, structured content.

Responsibilities

• Embed standards spine inside real business unit work with global quality data standards.
• Redesign and shorten production workflows, removing handoffs and rework.
• Guide content strategy and craft to learner jobs and business outcomes, to MRDs and PRDs.
