CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to define strategy and execution for vendor integrations across Sales, Product, Operations and Claims.

You will own the integration portfolio and coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable integration plans. This role emphasizes clear field guidance, readiness for new opportunities, and effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, ownership, or related leadership programs.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or program management within healthcare.
• Experience defining strategy and execution for complex processes, integrations, or service models.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
• Experience working across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications, ability to create field-facing materials.
• Ability to manage nuanced operational scenarios and drive issue resolution across teams.
• Strong organizational judgment, prioritization, and follow-through in high-visibility work.
• Ability to operate independently and influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Identify rules of the road, business requirements, and operational considerations.
• Determine setup strategy for new integrations, including dependencies across pricing, claims, billing.
• Translate business needs into clear integration recommendations and execution direction.
• Own and maintain the inventory of vendors enabled for integration.
• Ensure portfolio visibility remains current as vendors and needs evolve.
• Serve as single point of contact for Sales regarding new vendors seeking integration.
• Assess intake requests and guide cross-functional evaluation of need and feasibility.
• Move opportunities from intake through recommendation and readiness.
• Craft and maintain field communications on vendor integrations and guidance.
• Provide clear guidance on models, rules, and plan sponsor nuances.
• Translate complex details into practical messaging.
• Serve as central contact for production questions and nuanced plan sponsor requests.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues and ensure clear action items.
