CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to lead the strategy, structure, and execution for vendor integrations within the Commercial Product and Experience organization.

The role coordinates with Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Billing, and field teams to evaluate opportunities and choose integration approaches. The ideal candidate combines strategic ownership with the ability to translate business needs into clear integration plans, field

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business process strategy, operations, or leadership development programs.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, program management or related domains in healthcare.
• Experience defining strategy and execution approaches for complex processes, integrations, or service models.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
• Experience working across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for field-facing and stakeholder-facing materials.
• Proven ability to manage nuanced operational scenarios and drive issue resolution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Sales regarding new vendors seeking integration.
• Craft and maintain field communications related to vendor integrations and operational updates.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues and drive follow-through across product, operations, and support teams.
