The role coordinates across Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Billing, and field teams to evaluate opportunities and determine integration approaches.

Qualifications

7+ years in product management, ownership, or related leadership programs.
Experience defining strategy and execution for complex processes.
Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration.
Serve as the single point of contact for Sales regarding new vendors.
Craft and maintain field communications related to vendor integrations.
Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues with clear action items.
