You will lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Pharmacy Operations, Compliance, Analytics, Sales, and Client Success to ensure compliant, customer-ready releases.

The role emphasizes building business cases, governance, and performance metrics in a remote-first health-tech environment.

Qualifications

Experience managing product managers or cross-functional delivery teams.
Healthcare, PBM, pharmacy operations, clinical programs, and patient access knowledge.
Ability to build business cases, launch plans, and post-launch reviews.
Experience with product requirements, user stories, and agile delivery in tech teams.
Strong understanding of compliance and governance in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of the product roadmap and release planning.
Lead product development from concept to launch and post-launch review.
Translate formulary strategy into buildable requirements with Technology and Operations.
Run stage-gate and go/no-go reviews with Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Client Success.
Ensure launches meet operational, compliance, client readiness, and reporting requirements.
