Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Product to lead the vision and strategy for a consumer-facing healthcare offering. You will own the roadmap, prioritize backlog, and drive product health with data-driven insights in an Agile environment.

Remote role based in the US; collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver value at scale. We’re looking for a leader who can coach others, foster collaboration, and drive execution while translating customer needs into scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or IT/software development.
• 7+ years in software product management for large-scale consumer products.
• 5+ years leading Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• 5+ years driving cross-functional collaboration.
• 3+ years as a team leader, coach, or mentor.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Product to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide product vision and strategy for a consumer-facing healthcare offering, with a strong focus on roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and product health. The position partners closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams to incorporate customer needs, use data-driven insights, and deliver business value at scale. It also calls for a leader who can coach others, foster a collaborative team culture, and drive execution in an Agile environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,295 – $284,280 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Manage and prioritize the Team Backlog to ensure business value
