Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, seeks a Lead Product Owner to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs and to deliver digital and operational solutions that improve patient access, refill adherence and pharmacy performance.

You will own and prioritize the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering, pharmacy operations and business teams in a remote role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience.
• Pharmacy, PBM, specialty pharmacy or Medicare experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.
