Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Pharmacy Process and Performance initiatives remotely across the United States. You will translate strategy into executable plans, build operating rhythms, and drive accountability within a matrixed organization.

You will develop KPI dashboards, coordinate leadership reviews, and deliver executive-ready materials, ensuring timely progress and value realization across clinical, affordability, and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, program management, healthcare operations, pharmacy, affordability, value-based care, or related healthcare functions
• Execution leadership: leading cross-functional initiatives, execution plans, cadence, and performance tracking in a matrixed environment
• Performance management: KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, or recurring reporting for leadership decisions
• Program management: planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, dependency management, and delivery follow-through
• Executive communication: written and verbal materials for leadership, summaries, presentations, and recommendations
• Influence and collaboration: working with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to drive outcomes
• Must reside in PST, MST, or CST Time zone states

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into quarterly execution plans with milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, performance frameworks, and standardized reporting routines
• Coordinate the leadership operating cadence, reviews, and quarterly planning routines
• Manage execution plans for high-priority initiatives with timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Drive disciplined follow-through from planning to implementation with clear ownership
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across clinical, operational, analytic, and enterprise partners
