Job summary

CompanyCam is seeking a senior product analytics leader to drive data-driven decision making across product teams. You will own analytics strategy, design scalable experimentation, and partner with Product and Engineering to embed data in every decision.

You will build scalable analytics frameworks and enable self-service analytics through Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda, while leveraging SQL, dbt, and Snowplow to transform product data and tell compelling stories with evidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, Snowplow, Amplitude, and Secoda (or equivalents).
• Expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable product analytics frameworks and enable self-service analytics through Metabase, Amplitude, and Secoda.
• Leverage SQL, dbt, and Snowplow to transform and analyze product data.
• Champion best practices for experimentation, data governance, and standardization across Product and Engineering.
