Job summary

Zip Co is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to transform complex marketing data into performance insights that drive business decisions. The role sits at the center of Zip’s marketing measurement, partnering with growth, lifecycle, and marketing science teams to elevate data-driven culture.

You will lead analyses, dashboards, and reporting, helping teams understand what happened, why it happened, and what actions to take next across channel performance and lifecycle initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in marketing analytics and SQL.
• Experience building dashboards and translating data into business recommendations.
• Familiarity with attribution, incrementality, and funnel analysis.
• Ability to lead analyses and partner with marketing teams to drive decisions.
• Experience mentoring other analysts and building scalable analytics foundations.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing analytics across channel performance and funnel reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards for marketing leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead ad hoc analyses to uncover drivers and opportunities for action.
• Develop executive summaries communicating performance, trends and implications.
• Partner with marketing teams to define what matters and how to measure it.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to analytics workflows while ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor data quality and collaborate to improve data reliability.
