Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8 years of procurement management experience or 5 years with an advanced degree.
• Proven experience in supplier management and performance oversight.
• Familiarity with CPFF, FFP contracts and FAR/DFAR regulations.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to sensitive information.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Mgr Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead procurement activities across multiple programs, ensuring supplier performance, cost discipline, and contract compliance. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to resolve sourcing challenges and keep critical program requirements on track. The position also plays a key role in negotiating terms, managing high-value purchases, and supporting recovery actions when supplier issues arise.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement efforts for multiple programs and manage supplier relationships

• Prepare and manage Requests for Quotations/Proposals (RFQs/RFPs)
