Job summary

Ladders seeks a Supplier Management Team Lead Manager 3 to lead supplier management across complex defense programs. You will partner with program leadership and supply chain stakeholders to drive schedule, cost, and performance while ensuring supplier deliverables align with contractual requirements.

This remote role involves coordinating subcontract initiatives, supporting financial forecasting, and contributing to proposals and negotiations that support mission-critical execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Experience managing large DoD program subcontracts.
• 3+ years supporting U.S. Government contracts or large supplier management.
• Minimum 3 years managing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Integrated Master Schedule development experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with program management and supply chain stakeholders on supplier management activities.
• Manage subcontractor initiatives through project management.
• Support CAM responsibilities and financial forecasting.
• Oversee supplier performance to Award Fee and Incentive Fee plans.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Align Request for Proposal (RFP) inputs and contract negotiations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
