Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility engagements and guide a delivery team toward excellence and continuous improvement. This role supports negotiation, renewal optimization, demand management, and vendor consolidation.

You will drive data-driven savings, governance, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring customer satisfaction and execution leverage across SHI and client teams.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events; travel up to 15%

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers, guiding executive discussions.
• Support complex vendor negotiations to optimize spend and terms.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to drive savings and governance.
• Manage portions of the procurement delivery team and promote excellence.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development.
• Lead cross-functional teams and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver sales tools, resources, and training to customers and SHI.
