Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement Services to lead complex, high-visibility customer engagements and guide a team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

You will influence executive discussions, manage vendor negotiations, and drive savings through data-driven governance and process optimization. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, development of sales tools, and building trusted relationships with executives and partners to help SHI scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years in a management position.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale or high-visibility customer engagements.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, partners, and customer events (up to 15%).

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Support complex vendor negotiations aimed at spend reduction and favorable terms.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and generate insights to realize savings and governance.
• Support leadership in managing portions of the procurement delivery team.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development to grow the practice.
• Lead cross-functional teams and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee development and delivery of sales tools, resources, and training materials to demonstrate SHI value.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, customers, partners, and delivery resources.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks through risk management strategies and contingency planning.
• Report on performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
