Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers, guiding executive‑level discussions with strong attention to detail.
• Support complex vendor negotiations aimed at spend reduction and favorable terms.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to generate actionable insights for savings and governance.
• Manage portions of the procurement delivery team and foster excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development to grow the practice and exceed customer commitments.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across the workstream and support cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Oversee development and delivery of sales tools, resources, and training to communicate value of SHI solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, customer contacts, partners, and sales engineers.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with risk management strategies and contingency planning.
• Report on performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership for future planning.
